Έκανα την παραγγελία στις 12/01/20 στο εύκολο και όμορφο περιβάλλον της ιστοσελίδας bullionbypost απο την ελληνική της έκδοση. Αμέσως μετά την πληρωμή μου ήρθε μήνυμα στο Mail για την επιβεβαίωση. Την επόμενη μέρα το πρωί ένας αντιπρόσωπος της εταιρείας επικοινώνησε μαζί μου στο κινητό μου για ταυτοποίηση. Την ίδια μέρα έγινε η αποστολή της παραγγελίας και με ειδοποίησαν με Mail δίνοντας μου τον αριθμό αποστολής. Από Αγγλία στην Ελλάδα έκανε 9 συνεχόμενες μέρες. Παρέλαβα απο την Acs Courier με υπογραφή φυσικά. Ήταν σε διπλό φάκελο, ο ένας μέσα στον άλλον με αεροπλαστ τυλιγμένο γερά. Είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος απο την εχεμύθεια και διακριτικότητα της εταιρείας. Οτι γράφουν στο σαιτ τους ισχύει. Ελπίζω μια δοκιμή να σας προσφέρει και εσάς αντίστοιχες εντυπώσεις. Ευχαριστώ πολύ. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

I was totally satisfied with my purchases as everything was delivered on time and as ordered. The employees at the telephone centre are very polite and extremely helpful.

Everything perfect, except the fact that the delivery boy didnt contact me but delivered the parcel to my father, move that was unaccectable to me because i didnt want my father to know that i had money and invested etc. The company did well it was wright on schedule, everything o.k ,except the delivery thing

Although that i declare in my order that courier must call me prior making the delivery that did not happened resulting the delay of the package and stress me to call UK in order to come in contact with the courier in Greece and to found were is my package.

I am quite satisfied from the whole service. The only two comments that I could add in good sense of course are

1) Reduce if possible the day of delivery (from 8 to less days), to the recipient address of delivery.

2) Cheaper prises for the metals to pursued. (if possible).

the delivery was delayed over a week because royal mail did not send my order overseas and the parcel returned to the company for unexplained reason. Thankfully it was send again by fedex and was delivered 2 days later with no extra cost.
